Phase equilibria in the Ag8 SiTe6–Ag8GeTe6 Ge substitution are formed in the system. T–x-diagram of the title system and concentration dependence of lattice parameters of the obtained solid solutions were plotted.®system were experimentally investigated by means of differential thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffraction techniques. It was established that continuous series of solid solutions with Si.
