Abstract
This research explores the role of individual responsibility in building a more conscious future. Consciousness is a topic closely related to sustainability, often appearing in the literature with similar connotations. While personal contribution can be approached from psychological, social and cultural perspectives, providing a multidisciplinary approach, the present research focuses on its social aspects. The research uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to shed light on the links between individual attitudes, career planning and sustainable futures. The results may provide opportunities for further research and contribute to the development of practical recommendations for sustainable development. In this way, the study provides an overview of the role of individual awareness and responsibility as a key element in addressing societal transformations and global challenges.
