Quantitative data were gathered through a survey of 300 respondents, utilizing random clustered probability sampling, and analysis with SPSS. The findings highlight the importance of leadership in navigating sustainable cultural change, emphasizing that a well-aligned organizational culture is essential for successful change initiatives. This study offers valuable implications for academic researchers and healthcare practitioners seeking to implement enduring cultural transformations in an evolving healthcare landscape.
