Entrepreneurial University, being one of the elements of the new innovation model of development - the "Triple Helix" model, appears as a new balance between science, education and power. In such situations, the role of the process approach in the management of business processes in universities is growing. The number of methods to determine priorities for managing business processses is limited. In the article, based on the application of multi-criteria methods of decision-making, including the method of analyzing hierarchies, are determined by the priorities in the management of business processes in higher education institutions. The research carried out to a certain degree made it possible to refine the methodological toolkit to substantiate priorities in the management of business processes in higher education institutions.
