Abstract
Socio-economic globalization is the most important form of globalization. Economic globalization not only accelerates the movement of capital in the international capital market, but also accelerates the process of expansion and formation of the global information and financial space. The solution of the problems faced by business entities in global business is hindered due to the imperfection of the legislation that had to govern the normal operation of business.
