The article is devoted to the development of new directions of optimization of management technologies, administrative processes and organizational structures. The features and the need to apply the principles of effective resource management, attention to the needs of the customer, focus on the problem of elimination of all types of losses, the full use of the intellectual potential of the personnel of the enterprise for the development of management innovation.
