The paper analyses the impact of innovations on facilitating regional development in Ukraine. The main goal is estimation of the innovations’ role in regional economy. Applying Schumpeter approach to dynamic economic growth, we consider the special policy for regional equalizations based on decreasing asymmetric innovative development in regions. Substantiated the development and implementation policy taking into account the innovative component for each individual regions.
