Abstract

It has been designed, manufactured and tested the three-stade thermoelectric module with the following basic parameters : at the environment temperature equal ∼295Κ temperature of a heat-absorbing surface is ∼200Κ, cold productivity ∼100 mW, power supply ∼4,2 W, current supply ∼2,0 A, operating (mode reaching) time ∼70s. The module exceeds in the basic parameters and profitability of the analogs.
