This article discusses issues related to the problems and principles on which the "green" economy isbased
today. The directions of modern colorization of the economy are the search for effective economic,
technological, environmental solutions, and they consist in the development of low-waste and waste-free
industries, the use of lean technologies, and direct environmental protection measures. The “green” economy is
aimed at addressing and solving problems associated with global climate change on earth, and this is already
very serious. Despite the understanding and importance of this issue, there are a number of problems in the
development of a “green” economy, which are a limiting factor for development. Touching upon this topic, we
touch upon an important aspect that, in our opinion, can become in the future an effective algorithm aimed at
improving the efficiency of activities in the field of environmental protection and minimizing the risk of
production activities.
