ABSTRACT The monograph examines the development of industrial policy in developed and developing industrial countries, the transformation of international production systems, new models of industrial policy based on the innovation factor, and the process of integration into global value chains.The regional picture and the comparative situation of the new industrial policy are commented. Also, the current problems of international industrial relations and integration processes in the industrial sphere are studied.The monograph reflects current trends in the promotion of national industrial policy and technological ecosystems in the process of transformation of international production systems. Considering the relevance of the processes of the new industrial revolution (IR4), the monograph pays special attention to the innovative aspects of industrial policy and the wave of new generation technologies.It was concluded that for the successful integration of the country into global value chains, trade, industrial and innovation policies of the state must be systematically coordinated and determine the prospects for scientific and technological development.The development trends of world industry and international trade, modern processes of cooperation in the field of production and production services were considered.
