Abstract
The challenges of the changing environment for economic development, as well as the dynamics of management and social processes, require finding new solutions in all areas of modern society. This is especially true for the role of entrepreneurial culture and innovative solutions, which are already focused on finding sustainable components and solutions. This chapter aims to indicate the role of leadership and social responsibility as key components of sustainable entrepreneurship. The chapter highlights the significance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable entrepreneurship for business and society. An additional focus is the presented practical ideas and good practices from Georgia and Bulgaria, which illustrate the vital implications of sustainable entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility for sustainable development in a strategic context.
