Abstract

As control variables, we accept the parameters of the displacement function of the points of the outer contour of the sleeve and the microgeometry of the inner surface of the sleeve and the outer surface of the plunger. As a mathematical model of the problem of reducing the level of heat-tension of the sleeve, we accept differential equations of thermoelasticity. To determine the contact pressure and stress distribution in the elements of a friction pair, it is necessary to consider the wear-contact problem of pressing the plunger into the sleeve surface. Let us consider the stress-strain state of the sleeve of the contact pair under the action of loads normal and tangential to the inner contour.
