Abstract

The polythermal sections Tl//2Te-SnTe, Tl//5Te//3-SnTe, TlTe-SnTe, Tl//5Te//3-Tl//4SnTe//3 and Tl//4Sn Te//3-Sn have been plotted, as well as the isothermal section at 25 degree C and the projection of the liquidus surface of the Tl-Sn-Te system. The formation of the ternary compounds Tl//4SnTe//3 and Tl//2Sn Te//3 in this system is established.
