Qısa məlumat

The paper examines the so-called “Şhahdagian nationalities”

–hinaliqs, krizes,

buduqs etc. It Is pertinent to note that on the ethnic map of the world these ethnic

groups are recorded only In Azerbaijan, their population does not exceed several

thousands, and they live In one or several villages. The name of these minorities

comes from Shahdag Mount In the Kuba region of the Azerbaijan Republic, as

the settlements of hinaliqs, buduqs and krizes are situated near It, therefore they

are called “Shahdag nationalities” In the historic-ethnographic literature. Hinaliq,

Haput, Kriz, Buduq
