In this work, the crystal structure, atomic dynamics, dielectric and electrical properties of the CuInZnSe3 compound are studied. Structural studies were performed by the X-ray diffraction method at room temperature. It was found that the crystal structure of this compound corresponds to the cubic symmetry of the space group F-43m (216). Atomic dynamics (vibrational properties) studies were carried out at room temperature by Raman spectroscopy. In the obtained spectra at frequencies: nu = 57, 176 and 217 cm(-1) Raman modes were observed. The study of dielectric properties was carried out at T = 30-200 degrees C temperature and f = 25 Hz-1 MHz frequency intervals. The real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant, dielectric loss angle, and electrical conductivity are determined in the indicated ranges of temperatures and frequencies. These parameters are studied as a function of the electric field frequency and temperature.
