Abstract

Electrical, photoelectrical and degradation properties of thin film Cu2S-CdS and Cu2S-Cdi_;»:Zn;(.S solar cells on the basis of CdS and Cdi_;, Zn;, S (x=0.15) film prepared by spray pyrolysis and evaporation in quasiclosed volume were investigated. It was shown that the thin film solar cells produced by evapolation are high efficient (rj=l%) and stable. © 1993 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
