Qısa məlumat

The primary scientific goal of this study is to investigate the alterations that take place in TiC nanoparticles when exposed to gamma radiation. Simultaneously, a significant goal of the study is to analyze the phase transition and oxidation process occurring in TiC nanoparticles when subjected to the combined effects of gamma radiation and temperature. Moreover, particular attention was given to the potential occurrence of a phase transition in the nanoparticles, leading to the formation of a TiCxO1-x compound under gamma radiation conditions, specifically within the temperature range of 1000-1200 K.
