Abstract
In this study, we analyzed, in the light of primary quantitative data, how Generation Z members perceive the importance of environmental protection and what activities they undertake to protect the environment. For Generation Z, sustainability is not just a trend, it is a vital issue that will shape their future. However, in addition to environmental awareness, they also face a number of challenges: eco-anxiety, financial constraints and societal expectations all contribute to the difficulty of aligning their actions and intentions. For the sake of future sustainability, it is important to support them not only to be conscious consumers, but also active participants in a greener future.
