Abstract

Research shows that the creation of complex mechanized, automated weaving mills requires the implementation of technological processes based on new principles. The solution of such complex issues requires a large amount of money, which is not available in factories that produce equipment for the textile industry. Therefore, they increase their competitiveness by modernizing the machines that carry out technological processes in the old way. It is impossible to create automated weaving factories using such modernized machines. The present article explores the degree of automation of technological processes performed on machines created at each of the 3 stages of development of the design of weaving machines and the possibility of creating automated weaving factories with their application. Research has shown that in order to create automated weaving mills, manual processes in all constructions of weaving machines must be mechanized and automated.
