Abstract

The paper deals with the electrical anisotropy resulted from the texture formation in extruded specimens of Bi0.85Sb0.15 solid solution. Experiments show that without the magnetic field strength, in unannealed extruded specimens the electric conductivity at similar to 77 and similar to 300 K in the direction normal to the extrusion axis is higher than in the direction parallel to it. After annealing, an inverse correlation is observed, i.e. electrical anisotropy changes sign.
