Qısa məlumat:
| The reflection of neoliberal theses on the organizational field leads to the emergence of rhetorical approaches such as the transition from personnel management to human resources management and from there to strategic human resources management. In addition, neological expressions such as organizational commitment, psychological contract, organizational citizenship and organizational commitment are tried to reduce the interest of employees in the workplace towards trade union movements and their actions. This situation caused the unionized (organized) labor force, which was 75-80% in the 1970s, to regress to 15% today. The process continues in the direction of decreasing the importance of the traditional workforce. The main purpose of this study is to reveal the adventure of the disorganization of labor through human resources approaches. In this way, it has been tried to question whether the conceptual and so-called theoretical approaches in the field of human resources management have a scientific basis and whether the said change is related to the strategy of disorganization of labor. In the study, the historical background of human management, which has evolved from personnel management to human resources management and from human resources management to strategic human resources management, is tried to be questioned. In the study, a bibliometric research was conducted by using the critical literature review method. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, he talked about the short history of organized labor. In the second part, people management: definition and conceptualization, the emergence of the concept of people management are emphasized. In the third part, an examination of the results of the strategy of disorganizing the labor and the method of the study were emphasized. According to the research findings, since the 1970s, a decrease has been observed in the union membership of employees in all countries with approximately organized labor. In this process, it is remarkable that the disorganization of labor and the human resources movement produced in line with neoliberal theses started simultaneously. The main conclusion reached by the study is that human resources approaches do not originate from theoretical, methodological or practical reasons, but from the strategy of facilitating the implementation of neoliberal theses through the disorganization of labor. |
