Organizational injustice is one of the important concepts in the field of literature due to its implications and its effects on employee behavior. Silence and organizational cynicism, as well as organizational injustice, draws attention to their negative effects on organizations. In this context, the aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between organizational injustice, silence, and organizational cynicism both theoretically and empirically, and to determine whether organizational cynicism has an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational injustice and silence. In this context, the study was designed as four departments. In the first three chapters, theoretical information about the concepts is given and the relationship between the historical development, the effects on organizations and employees and the relationship with other concepts are given. The fourth part covers the information about the application, the tools used, the method, the findings, and comments. Data related to the research were obtained by face to face survey method from health personnel working in public hospitals of the Ministry of Health and 535 health personnel were included in the study. SPSS, Hayes Process plug-in and AMOS package programs were used in the analysis of the data. t-test and ANOVA analysis, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis were applied to the data set. Then, hypotheses were tested by SPSS AMOS program by using structural equation modeling. Finally, using SPSS Hayes Precess microcirculation, organizational cynicism mediates the role of organizational cynicism in the relationship between organizational injustice and silence. The fact that demographic data level differed in terms of gender, marital status, occupational experience, and monthly gain variables. In addition, the existence of a mediatör role in the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational injustice and silence is another important result. As a result of testing hypotheses created within the scope of the study, there is a positive correlation between perceptions of organizational injustice and silence of health personnel, and also the fact that the level of distribution injustice of organizational injustice is higher than the other dimensions. It was determined that organizational injustice was affected by the age, gender, and monthly earnings variable. In addition, the existence of an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational injustice and silence.
