This study's purpose is measuring the effects of culture on mobbing perception. According to the purpose we investigated if the Sakarya University and Prishtina University employye's perceptions changes acoordig to the demograpic characterists, we looked about what are the mobbing behaviuors that occures in the two different universites and what was the mobbing direction in two universities, we investigated if there is a significant difference betwen the employe's reaction againist mobbing and if there is a significant difference in perception of mobbing sources from two different university employees. İn the first part of the study we made an overwie of the concept of culture, its historical development of the cocept, the characteristics and elements of culture. Than we overviewed the concept of organizational culture, elements of organizational culture, the expressions of culture and we discussed mobbing from the perspective of culture. İn the second section in the same way the concept of mobbing, mobbing typology , mobbing antecendents, the direction of mobbing in organizational structure, mobbing results and coping strategies are discussed. İn the final part we discussed the analysis of the data obtained from the survey. In accordance with the purpose of the study, a survey form was applied for measuring the employee's mobbing perceptions. Although there is not a big deference between the two university employees, the reactions made against mobbing and their perceptions of mobbing sources vary. İt is thought that the similarity of the two cultures with each other is the reason of the similarities of the results . As a result, highliting the impact of the culture in mobbing perceptions it can be said that the natüre of mobbing, the reactions made against that types of behaviour vary by culture.
