Born on January 12, 1989 in Novruzlu village,
Tovuz district
He graduated from secondary
school in 2005. From 2005 to 2009, he studied Regional Studies at Baku Eurasian
University. In 2011-2012, he received his master's degree in International
Relations from Sakarya University. In 2012-2017, he received doctor of
philosophy in International Relations from Sakarya University.
05.03.2020 The Higher
Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
received the certificate of Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences.
