Lect. AYSEL QULİYEVA

Aysel Guliyeva is a senior academic and university administrator at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). She currently serves as Deputy Director of the International School of Economics while also working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Economics and Business. She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with honors from UNEC and completed her doctoral studies in the field of economics.

Her professional background combines academic leadership, university teaching, and industry experience, including earlier work in e-commerce management and ICT-related national projects. She has taught a wide range of courses such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Information and Communication Technologies, Environmental Economics, and Information Economy.

Aysel Guliyeva has participated in international academic exchange programs, including a DAAD doctoral exchange at the University of Siegen, Germany, and professional training in Prague.
