Assoc. Prof. BAYRAMƏLİ QURBANOV

PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Bayramali Shukur oglu Qurbanov
Was born on August 6, 1952, in the village of Sölək, Akhta district, Western Azerbaijan.

In 1969, he graduated from the secondary school in the village of Ardanish, Goycha region (Ardanish village, Krasnoselsk district, Armenian SSR), and was admitted to the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics – UNEC).

He graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy in 1973.

He served in the army during 1974–1975.

Until 1978, he worked in the trade system; until 1982, he worked in the insurance sector.

From 1982 to 1985, he was a postgraduate student at the “Finance” Department of the Institute of Economics.

From 1986 to 1992, he worked as a senior laboratory assistant, lecturer, senior lecturer, and associate professor at the same department.

In 2007, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Problems of formation of state budget expenditures” and received the degree of PhD in Economics.

He is currently an Associate Professor at the “Finance and Audit” Department of UNEC.
