Professor Elchin Khalilov is a foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and in 2017, he was elected Chairman of the World Organization for Scientific Cooperation "Science without Borders". He has made significant contributions to the research of zeolite water processing and magnetized water technology for over 20 years.
In 2022, Professor Elchin Khalilov joined the College of Life and Environmental Science at Wenzhou University, and he help promote the development of the discipline of Ecology, one of WZU’s featured discipline.
