Assoc. Prof. ELNARƏ SƏMƏDOVA

13 oktyabr 1977-ci ildə anadan olmuşdur. 1998-ci ildə Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetinin bakalavr dərəcəsini fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirib, həmin il Universitetin magistratura pilləsinə daxil olmuşdur. 2000-ci ildə magistratura pilləsini də fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir. 2001-ci ildə Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetinin dissertantı olmuşdur. 2010-cu ildə AMEA-nın İqtisadiyyat İnstitutunda namizədlik dissertasiyasını müdafiə edərək iqtisad elmləri üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsi almışdır. 2000-2001-ci illərdə İqtisad Universitetinin Elm şöbəsində baş inspektor, 2001-2013-cü illərdə “Biznesin idarə edilməsi”     kafedrasında müəllim vəzifələrində işləmişdir. 2013-2014-ci illərdə “Biznesin idarə edilməsi” kafedrasının baş müəllimi, 2014-cü ildən dosent vəzifəsində işləmişdir. 2015-ci ildə elmi-pedaqoji fəaliyyəti və universitetin ictimai həyatındakı fəal iştiraklarına görə UNEC-in Fəxri Fərmanı ilə təltif edilib. 2017-ci ildən UNEC-in Rus İqtisad Məktəbinin “İqtisadiyyat” kafedrasının dosentidir. Milli iqtisadiyyatın aktual problemlərinə aid 70-dən çox  elmi əsərin, o cümlədən 2 dərsliyin həmmüəllifi və 1 dərs vəsaitinin müəllifidir. Bir sıra elmi jurnalların redaksiya şurasının üzvüdür.

 Born on October 13, 1977. In 1998, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor's degree with honors and entered the master's degree program of the University in the same year. In 2000, he also graduated from the master's degree program with honors. In 2001, he became a dissertation candidate at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 2010, he defended his candidate's thesis at the Institute of Economics of ANAS and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economic Sciences. In 2000-2001, he worked as a chief inspector in the Science Department of the University of Economics, and in 2001-2013, he worked as a teacher in the "Business Management" department. In 2013-2014, he worked as a senior teacher in the "Business Management" department, and since 2014, he has been an associate professor. In 2015, he was awarded the UNEC Honorary Order for his scientific and pedagogical activities and active participation in the public life of the university. Since 2017, he has been an associate professor at the “Economics” department of the Russian School of Economics of UNEC. He is the co-author of more than 70 scientific works on current problems of the national economy, including 2 textbooks and the author of 1 textbook. He is a member of the editorial board of a number of scientific journals.

He is married and has two children.
