Lect. ESMİRA QULUZADƏ

Esmira Quluzadeh was born on October 24, 1981, in the city of Mingachevir.

In 2004, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Finance and Credit at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

In 2006, she completed her Master's degree in Finance and Credit at the same university, also earning a diploma with distinction.

From 2008 to 2014, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Finance” Department of UNEC. During this period, she was engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities.

Since 2011, she has been a doctoral candidate at the “Finance and Audit” Department, working on her dissertation entitled “The Role of Fiscal Policy in the Formation of Budget Revenues.”

In 2014, she was appointed as a lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

She currently works as a lecturer at the “Finance and Audit” Department.

She is the author of more than 20 scientific articles (4 of which have been published in international journals), as well as teaching-methodical materials and course programs.

She is married and has two children.
