She was born on 25 January, 1968 in Agdam region.
In 1985 she entered the philological faculty of Pedagogical Institute of the Azerbaijan Republic. In 1990 she graduated from the institute and was appointed as a teacher of secondary school 4 in Agdam city.
Until 1997, she worked as a methodologist at the Medical College of “Logman” Joint Stock Company.
From 2002 to 2004 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of “Azerbaijani Language” of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2004, she has worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer in the same department.
