Lect. İbrahim Babayev

Born on October 5, 1971 in Sharur district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 1998, he graduated from the Baku Institute of Social Administration and Political Science (now the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan) with a bachelor's degree in political science with honors, and in 2000, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a master's degree in political processes in Azerbaijan with honors.

In 1998-2001, he worked as a parliamentary correspondent for the newspaper "Respublika", an organ of the Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 2014, he has been the host of the "Regional Development" program of the Public and Political Programs Department of Public TV.

He is a laureate of the "Golden Pen" award. He has been awarded with Honorary Orders of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.

In 2001, he worked as a teacher at the Department of "Political Science and Sociology" of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since 2004, he has been the head teacher of the Department of "Political Science and Sociology" (now "Humanitarian Sciences").

He is the author of about 30 scientific and methodological works.
