Prof. İqor Filkeviç

Родился 30 июня 1966 года в Москве. Женат, имеет двоих детей.

В 1987 году окончил с отличием Белорусский государственный институт народного хозяйства им. В. В. Куйбышева г. Минск.

В 1992 году защитил кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности 08.00.01 Политэкономия на тему: «Хозрасчетные отношения по воспроизводству основных производственных фондов» в Институте экономики Академии наук Беларуси.

В 2010 году Игорь Филькевич защитил докторскую диссертацию по специальности 08.00.14 Мировая экономика по теме: «Приоритеты экономического сотрудничества в рамках Союзного государства» в Финансовой академии при Правительстве РФ.

В 2013 году стал профессором ВАК по кафедре «экономика и финансы» в Международном университете в Москве.

С 1987 по 1994 годы — научный сотрудник Института экономики НАН Беларуси.

С 1994 по 2003 года — профессор кафедры мировой экономики Белорусского государственного экономического университета.

С 2000 по 2002 годы — ведущий научный сотрудник НИЭИ Минэкономики Республики Беларусь (по совместительству).

В 2002 году — ведущий научный сотрудник ВНИИВС Минэкономразвития и торговли России.

В 2002—2003 годах — главный научный сотрудник Института проблем рынка РАН.

В 2003—2004 годах — доцент кафедры мировой экономики Государственного университета управления.

В 2004—2007 годах — заместитель декана по научной работе, доцент РГСУ.

В 2007 году — советник Постоянного Комитета Союзного государства[3].

В 2007—2008 годах — заместитель начальника управления инновационных СПР программ в РГСУ.

В 2008—2010 годах — профессор кафедры мировой экономики и международного бизнеса Финансового университета при Правительстве Российской Федерации.

В 2010—2011 годах — профессором кафедры ВЭД и международный бизнес Дипломатической академии МИД РФ.

В 2012—2016 годах — директор Института международного интеграционного сотрудничества при Международном университете в Москве.

В 2016—2023 годах — профессор кафедры экономической теории и менеджмента Московского педагогического государственного университета.

В 2020—2023 годах — профессор Московского государственного института международных отношений (университет) Министерства иностранных дел Российской Федерации (по совместительству).

С 2023 года исследователь «Международного научно-исследовательского центра Евразийской экономики UNEC», Азербайджанский Государственный Экономический Университет (UNEC).

В 2023 году награжден орденом Петра Великого «Небываемое бываетъ» за значительный вклад в развитие мировой науки, образование и общественную деятельность. 

С 2024 года главный научный сотрудник центра «Евразийские исследования» Автономной некоммерческой организации «Научно-исследовательский институт экономических стратегий», главный научный сотрудник Международного научно-исследовательского института проблем управления.

С 2025 года профессор кафедры теории и истории международных отношений РУДН им. Патриса Лумумбы.

Born on June 30, 1966 in Moscow. He is married and has two children.

In 1987 he graduated with honors from the Belarusian State Institute of National Economy named after V. V. Kuibyshev in Minsk.

In 1992, he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty 08.00.01 Political Economy on the topic: "Self-financing relations for the reproduction of fixed assets" at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

In 2010, Igor Filkevich defended his doctoral thesis on 08.00.14 World Economy on the topic: "Priorities of economic cooperation within the framework of the Union State" at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2013, he became a professor of the Higher Attestation Commission in the Department of Economics and Finance at the International University in Moscow.

From 1987 to 1994, he was a researcher at the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

From 1994 to 2003, he was a professor at the Department of World Economy of the Belarusian State University of Economics.

From 2000 to 2002, he was a leading researcher at the National Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus (concurrently).

In 2002— he became a leading researcher at the VNIIVS of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia.

In 2002-2003, he was the Chief researcher at the Institute of Market Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

In 2003-2004, he was an Associate professor at the Department of World Economics at the State University of Management.

In 2004-2007, he was Deputy Dean for Research, Associate Professor at the Russian State Pedagogical University.

In 2007, he became an adviser to the Standing Committee of the Union State[3].

In 2007-2008, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Innovative SPR Programs at the RSSU.

In 2008-2010, he was a professor at the Department of World Economy and International Business at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2010-2011, he was a professor at the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and International Business at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

In 2012-2016, he was the Director of the Institute for International Integration Cooperation at the International University in Moscow.

In 2016-2023, he was a professor at the Department of Economic Theory and Management at Moscow Pedagogical State University.

In 2020-2023 — Professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (part-time).

Since 2023, he has been a researcher at the UNEC International Research Center for Eurasian Economics, Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

In 2023, he was awarded the Order of Peter the Great "The Unprecedented Happens" for his significant contribution to the development of world science, education and public activities. 

Since 2024, he has been the Chief researcher at the Center for Eurasian Studies of the Autonomous Non-profit organization National Research Institute of Economic Strategies, and the Chief researcher at the International Research Institute of Management Problems.

Since 2025, he has been a professor at the Department of Theory and History of International Relations at the RUDN University. Patrice Lumumba.
