Lect. İRADƏ NƏBİYEVA

I was born on July 7, 1991, in the city of Liepāja, Latvia.I graduated from Secondary School No. 258 in Baku, Narimanov District.In 2013, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) with a major in Business Management.In 2015, I obtained my Master’s degree in Labor Economics, also at UNEC.From 2017 to 2021, I pursued doctoral studies, focusing my research on the labor market, socio-economic challenges, workforce quality, and its development. I am currently in the stage of preparing my doctoral dissertation.Since 2016, I have been working as a lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, initially at the Department of Labor Economics and Organization.From 2019, I continued my work at the Department of Management, and at present, I am a lecturer at the Department of Business and Logistics.At the same time, I serve as a scientific supervisor for master’s theses at the International Master’s and Doctoral Center of UNEC, as well as in the MBA program of UNEC.
