Assoc. Prof. LEYLİ HƏMİDOVA

tech., assoc. Hamidova Leyli Ali gizi

Born in 1977 in the Ordubad district of Nakhchivan. In 1994, she entered the Faculty of History of Baku State University, and in 2000, she graduated from the same faculty with a master's degree.

In 2001, she was appointed as a laboratory assistant at the “History of Azerbaijan” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since 2003, she has been working as a teacher at the same department.

In 2013, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Relations between Turkey and the European Union” at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan. She is a candidate of historical sciences. She is the author of 11 scientific articles.

She was the head teacher of the “Humanities” department of UNEC.

Since 20.04.2022, she has been promoted to the position of associate professor (0.75) of the same department.

Married, has two children.
