She was born on September 17, 1980, in the city of Ganja.
In 1997, she graduated from secondary school No. 54 named after A. Shaig.
In 2002, she graduated with honors (bachelor's degree) from the Faculty of Accounting and Economics at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in Accounting and Audit. In 2005, she completed the master's degree in the same university and the same major with honors.
Mammadova Ulkar Zahir gizi has been working since 2000 at the "International Relations" department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics as an operator, from 2002 to 2018 as a laboratory assistant at the "Accounting and Audit" department, from 2018 to 2022 as a specialist at the Russian School of Economics, since September 2022 as a teacher at the "Accounting and Audit" department, and currently holds the position of teacher at the "Finance and Audit" department.
She is married and has two children.
