Born on November 19, 1963.
In 1985, he graduated with honors from the D. Bunyadzade Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy with a degree in "Industrial Planning."
In 2001, he defended his dissertation on "The Formation of Entrepreneurship and the Emergence of a New Social Environment in the Transition Period." He holds a PhD in Economics. In 2006, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor.

1985-1989: Economist at the Scientific Research Institute of the State Planning Committee.

1997-2000: Lecturer at Odlar Yurdu University.

2000-2001: Lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

2006-2017: Associate Professor at the "Economic Theory-1" Department.

Since 2017: Associate Professor at the "Economics" Department of UNEC’s Russian School.
Scientific publications:
Total: 57 (51 in the country, 6 abroad), including 2 monographs, 2 methodological guides, and 1 practical methodological guide. Participated in the translation of 6 textbooks.
In October 2015, he was awarded an Honorary Certificate for his active participation in teaching and public life at UNEC.
Married, father of two children.
