UN Sustainable Development Goals
Biography
I was born in 1957. I attended the 32nd Secondary School in Baku from 1964 to 1972. In 1972-1974, I graduated from Baku City School No. 1 for Physics and Mathematics with a major in Mathematics. In 1974-1979, I graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Baku State University. From 1979 to 1982, I worked at the Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 1983 to 1988, I interned and attended graduate school at the Gluşkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 1996, I defended my dissertation at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Cybernetics, earning the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. Since 1995, I have worked at what is now UNEC in the positions of senior laboratory instructor, lecturer, associate professor, and professor. Since 2013, I have been a Senior Researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of Economic Studies (SRİES) at UNEC. From 2018 to 2023, I completed doctoral studies in the Doctor of Economics program at the SRİES UNEC.
