Guliyeva Shafa Tofig .i.e.d.professor.

Shafa Tofig Guliyeva was born on August 24, 1970 in Baku. She studied at school No. 20 in Yasamal district in 1977-1987 and entered the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade in 1987.

In 1992, she graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute with honors in the specialty "Industrial Planning".

On 24.05.1996, she defended her candidate's dissertation on the topic "Self-financing of state enterprises in the conditions of transition to market relations".

On 13.11.2013, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Financial risks and problems of their management".

On 21.11.2014, he was awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On 17.05.2019, he was awarded the scientific title of Professor in the Department of "Management" by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Sh.T. Guliyeva is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including the monographs “Economic Riskology” (2009), “Management Psychology” (2010), “Financial Risks and Their Management” (2011), “Sociology of Management” (2013), the textbooks “Fundamentals of Management” (2017), “Management Psychology and Sociology” (2018), the monographs “Economic Synergy” (2009), “Management: 265-Concept Explanatory Dictionary” (2016), “On Stability and Reliability of Economic Systems” (2017), the collective textbook “Banking” in 2 volumes (2016), the textbook “Leadership” (2024), the methodological manual for the subject “Ergonomics” (2013), the curriculum for the subject “Ergonomics” (2013), Методические пособие по ergonomice (2013), Программа по интерактивной подготовке бачалоров по курсу дисциплины "Ergonomics" (2013), teaching program of "Leadership" subject (2024) is the co-author of methodical materials and teaching programs.
