Shahin Rahmanli, studied Economics at Lankaran State University from 2010 to 2014. Since those years, I have been working in the fields of youth work and project management. Since 2015, I have been active in the “IRELI” Public Union, one of the largest youth organizations in the country. In 2020, I was elected Chairman of this organization. In the same year, I began my master’s studies at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Under the supervision of Professor Yadulla Hasanli, I conducted research on the topic “An Econometric Assessment of the Impact of Solar Activity (Wolf Number) on Human Health in Azerbaijan.” Since 2022, I have been working as a lecturer in Econometrics at the same university.
