Soeharto Soeharto, Ph.D., is a Junior Researcher at the Research Center for Education, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia. He also serves as an Affiliated Researcher at the Research Center of Educational Technologies, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Baku, Azerbaijan, and a Visiting Researcher at the Linz School of Education, Johannes Kepler University, Austria. His research focuses on educational assessment and evaluation, STEAM education, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the integration of technology in learning environments. As an active scholar, he has authored and co-authored numerous publications in international journals and regularly contributes as a reviewer for esteemed academic publications.
