In 1981, she graduated from high school with a gold medal. In 1986, he graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University) with excellent grades.
In 1986-1989, she worked as an engineer at the Special Construction Bureau of the Institute of Cybernetics (now the Institute of Control Systems) of the National Academy of Sciences.
In 1992-1996, she worked as an engineer-programmer at the Institute of Cybernetics (now the Institute of Control Systems) of the National Academy of Sciences.
In 1996-2000, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Higher Mathematics” department, an assistant at the “Technical Sciences” department, and a senior lecturer at the “Informatics” department of the Baku State Institute of Commodity Studies and Commerce.
In 2001-2006, she worked as a senior lecturer at the “Informatics” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2004, she defended his dissertation on the topic “Development of methods and algorithms for determining the probability characteristics of positive flow semi-Markov models” in the specialty 05.13.18 – Mathematical modeling, computational methods and software complexes, and received the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
In 2006-2009, she worked as an associate professor at the “Information systems and technologies” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2013, by the decision of the AAK under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she received the scientific title of associate professor at the “Information economics and technologies” department.
Since 2009, she has been working as an associate professor at the “Information economics and technologies” department (now “Digital technologies and applied informatics”) of the university, is the head of the “Computer science” and “Information security” specialties.
From 2006 to 2019, she worked as an expert in Informatics at the State Student Admissions Commission (now the State Examination Center).
She teaches the following subjects at the bachelor's level: "Informatics", "Information Systems in the World Economy", "Information Economy", "Corporate Information Systems", "Information and Communication Technologies", "Computer Crimes and Forensic Examination", "Digital Systems", "System Analysis", "Computer Technologies and Programming", "Cryptography", and at the master's level: "Computer Technologies in Science and Education", "Knowledge Engineering", "Modern Problems of Computer Science", "Applied Software for Solving Economic Problems (MS Excel)", "Cryptocurrency" and "Risk Assessment", "Information Security" and "Modern Problems of Computer Science" in Azerbaijani and Russian.
In various years, she was a member of the Scientific Seminar of the Dissertation Council FD.02.017 operating at Baku State University, which conducted the preliminary discussion of dissertations submitted in the specialty 3338.01 – “System analysis, management and information processing (mathematics)”. She is a member of the Scientific Seminar of the Dissertation Council ED1.19 operating at the Institute of Management Systems of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the specialty 1203.01 – “Computer science (mathematics)”.
She is the editor of the UNEC Journal of Computer Science and Digital Technologies” (JCSDT) (https://journals.unec.edu.az/index.php/jcsdt).
She was awarded the Honorary Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his effective scientific and pedagogical activity in the field of training highly qualified personnel and on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the university, the “Honorary Decree” of UNEC for his long-term effective scientific and pedagogical activity in 2017, the “Advanced Education Worker” badge of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2020, the “Activity in Stimulating the Admission of Applicants to UNEC” certificate by the UNEC management in 2022, and the Honorary Decree of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of UNEC.
She has authored more than 70 scientific articles and theses, 5 textbooks, 2 textbooks, 1 book chapter, 18 He is the author of the curriculum and 4 methodological manuals.
She is a member of the Scientific Research Center "Digital Economy" and the Faculty Scientific Council.
