I, Niftaliyev Telman Alimusa oglu, was born on December 20, 1961 in the Shirvan village of the Shamakhi region of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1969, I entered the first grade of the Stansa-Padar village eight-year school of the Hajigabul region.
In 1979, I graduated from the tenth grade of the Kalva village secondary school of the Agsu region.
In 1980-1982, I served in the Soviet Army.
In 1982-1986, I worked as a worker in the construction brigade at the Dmitrov state farm of the Shamakhi region.
In 1986-1989, I worked as a secretary of the free Komsomol organization at the Dmitrov state farm of the Shamakhi region.
In 1989, I entered the Baku Higher Party School as a listener.
In 1994, I graduated from the Baku Institute of Social Management and Political Science with a full course in “Political Science” and was awarded the specialty “Political Scientist. Teacher of Social and Political Subjects in Higher and Secondary Educational Institutions”.
In 1995, I became a teacher at the “Humanitarian Subjects and Law” Department of the Baku Higher Military Naval School (currently the Azerbaijan Higher Military Schools named after H. Aliyev), and since 2000, I have been working as an associate professor at the “Humanitarian Subjects” Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
I conduct lectures and workshops on Political Science, Sociology, and Introduction to Multiculturalism.
I am married. I have two children.
