Alasgarova Yegane Ismayi gizi was born in 1957 in Baku.
In 1977, he entered Azerbaijan State Institute of Foreign Languages (now Azerbaijan University of Languages).
He graduated from that University in 1982.
In 1982-1992, he worked as a secretary and inspector at the Azerbaijan State Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1992-2000, he worked as an English teacher in N. Narimanov district secondary school No. 212.
Since 2000, he has been a teacher of the "Foreign Languages" department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
